These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of QuickMain10 mobile application, website (quickmain10.com), and related services ("Platform") operated by QuickMain10 Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Sikkim-First Operations: QuickMain10 is proudly headquartered and primarily operational in Gangtok, East Sikkim. We are actively expanding to other districts including Namchi, Mangan, Gyalshing, and Pakyong. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be resolved in Gangtok courts.
1. Services & Role of QuickMain10
QuickMain10 provides a technology platform that connects users ("Customers") with verified independent service professionals ("Service Partners") offering home services, real estate listings, tour packages, vehicle sales/rentals, beautician services, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning, painting, construction materials, and more. We act as an intermediary and do not directly employ Service Partners. Service Partners are independent contractors solely responsible for the quality of work. QuickMain10 verifies identity and basic credentials but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. QuickMain10 may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or misuse the Platform.
3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellation Terms
3.1 Booking Confirmation
Once a Service Partner accepts your request, a binding confirmation is created. Estimated arrival times are approximate and may be affected by Gangtok’s terrain, weather, or traffic conditions.
3.2 Pricing & Payment
All prices are in INR and include applicable GST. Payments are processed securely via UPI, cards, wallets, or net banking. QuickMain10 may charge a nominal platform/service fee. Direct cash payments to partners are allowed only if explicitly mentioned on the service page.
3.3 Cancellation by Customer
- Free cancellation if done at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellation between 1-2 hours before service: 30% cancellation fee (capped at ₹150).
- Cancellation less than 1 hour before or after partner arrives: 50% of service value or ₹200 (whichever is lower).
- No-show by customer after partner arrival: full service charge may be levied.
3.4 Cancellation by Service Partner
If a partner cancels after accepting, you receive a 100% refund and we offer priority rebooking. Repeated partner cancellations may result in penalties for them.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) violate any local, state, or central laws; (b) harass, abuse, or discriminate against Service Partners; (c) bypass QuickMain10’s payment system; (d) share misleading feedback or fake reviews; (e) attempt to damage the Platform’s integrity. Violations may lead to immediate ban.
5. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Service Partners are independent. QuickMain10 is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from services performed, except as required by law. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. Customers should inspect work before marking it as complete. For disputes, we facilitate a fair resolution process.
Safety Net: QuickMain10 provides identity verification for partners. For any service-related property damage caused solely by partner negligence (proven via evidence), we will mediate and may offer re-service or a refund up to ₹5,000 subject to investigation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by QuickMain10 Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce any part without written permission.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including landslides, heavy rainfall, strikes, internet outages, government restrictions, or natural disasters affecting Sikkim.
8. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gangtok, Sikkim.

This Privacy Policy describes how QuickMain10 Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our app, website, or services in Gangtok, Sikkim, and elsewhere. By using QuickMain10, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

- Service Bookings: Details about requested services, preferred time slots, location coordinates (to assign nearest partner).
- Payment Data: Securely processed via third-party gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage Data: Device info, IP address, app activity, crash logs to improve performance.
- Communications: Support chats, call recordings (with consent) for quality assurance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use data to: (i) provide and improve our services; (ii) match you with relevant Service Partners; (iii) process payments; (iv) send booking confirmations & reminders; (v) resolve disputes and enforce our Terms; (vi) comply with legal obligations; (vii) send promotional offers only with your consent.
3. Sharing of Information
We share information only as necessary: (a) With Service Partners to fulfill your booking (name, location, service details). (b) With payment gateways to process transactions. (c) With legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights/safety of QuickMain10 or users. (d) With analytics partners to understand platform usage (anonymized).
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS), access controls, and regular security audits. Your data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations (up to 7 years for transaction records). You may request account deletion by emailing privacy@quickmain10.com.
5. Your Rights & Choices

6. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

At QuickMain10, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for services booked through our platform in Gangtok & expanding Sikkim regions. It applies to all services unless a specific service has a separate policy mentioned at booking.
Quick Resolution: Most refund requests are resolved within 5-7 business days. We aim for fairness and transparency.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Free Cancellation: ≥2 hours before scheduled start time → 100% refund (no questions asked).
- Late Cancellation: Between 1 hour and 2 hours before start → 70% refund (30% cancellation fee).
- Last-Minute Cancellation: Less than 1 hour before start → 50% refund or full credit for future service (valid 90 days).
- After Partner Arrival: If you cancel after the Service Partner reaches your location → full service charge may be applied to compensate partner’s time & travel.
2. Cancellation by QuickMain10 or Service Partner
- If a Service Partner cancels after accepting the job (due to emergency, unavailability), you get 100% refund and we will assist in rebooking with priority.
- If QuickMain10 cancels due to operational reasons (e.g., extreme weather, unforeseen events), 100% refund will be processed automatically.
3. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service
If the service is completed but you are dissatisfied with quality, you must report within 24 hours of completion. Provide clear description and photos/videos (if applicable). We will review and may offer:
- Full Refund: If service was fundamentally not performed (e.g., wrong job, major negligence).
- Partial Refund (30-70%): If minor issues or incomplete work but salvageable.
- Re-service: Free re-do by another qualified partner at no extra cost.
Refund amount depends on severity. For high-value services (real estate, tour packages), refund will follow specific contractual terms agreed prior to payment.
4. How to Request a Refund
Navigate to the booking history in the QuickMain10 app → Select booking → “Request Refund” or email support@quickmain10.com with order ID and reason. Our team will acknowledge within 24 hours.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (UPI/card/bank). For wallet/credits, instant credit on platform. In case of bank delays, please allow up to 10 days.
6. Special Scenarios (Real Estate, Tours & Vehicle Sellers)
- Real Estate Provider: Listing fees are non-refundable once published. However, if no legitimate leads generated within 30 days, we may offer credit.
- Tour Operator packages: Cancellation 7+ days before travel date → 90% refund; 3-6 days → 50% refund; less than 48 hours → no refund, except for medical emergencies with proof.
- Vehicle Seller/Rentals: Refund terms depend on specific dealer/owner; QuickMain10 will mediate but not guarantee full refund if user fails to inspect vehicle before rental.
- Beautician / Home Services: Covered under general policy above.
7. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
If a refund request is denied, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@quickmain10.com. We aim to resolve within 7 days. Chargebacks via banks should be avoided before contacting us; we commit to fair investigation.
8. Fraud & Abuse
QuickMain10 reserves the right to deny refunds if we detect pattern misuse, false claims, or violation of Terms. Any fraudulent refund requests may lead to permanent account termination.
Gangkot Jurisdiction: All refund disputes shall be governed by these policies, and any legal action if necessary will be subject to courts in Gangtok, Sikkim.
